The interview process was very thorough, and enjoyable. I met the recruiter at my college career fair. My resume was approved for the first round for an on-campus interview. Prior to the interview I took part of a Webex that explained into further detail what Epsilon was and the type of work they did. The on-campus interview took place the next day, and it was very laid back and conversational. I was contacted by a recruiter the following week for the second and final round, which would take place 2-3 weeks later. The final round was very intensive, but understandable how in-depth it was. Along with myself was 2 other candidates. We got a tour of the facility, then talked to employees that were in the New Grad Program right now. We then got split up into different rooms, and had the 5 interviewers rotate between us. The process overall took 2.5 hours. Everyone was very kind and courteous throughout the whole process. For anyone going through the process, do not be nervous if you do not have SQL or software background. They are more concerned if you are a good fit for the company.

I applied through my University and my request for an interview was accepted. I interviewed with someone who went through the same process about a year before. It was a very relaxed interview. Most of the questions were behavioral based.

Difficult Interview – Overall Positive Experience – No – Sun, 31 Jan 2016

The interview process was as simple as having a conversation about advertising and the future of agencies. I was very surprised by the creative director to approach the interview with interest on the different perspectives on starting a project in collaboration with the different teams. In my opinion this should be the exact way to get to know a future candidate and start forgetting the recruiters old fashioned system.

Easy Interview – Overall Neutral Experience – No – Thu, 4 Feb 2016

First round was held in Campus(College),which was an online aptitude test and students who advanced to the next round including me were called to the company campus where the Technical and H.R rounds were held, we first had to write an essay and then further process took place randomly and the questions general questions asked, but the flaw was the job description was not revealed until the HR round, I had assumed that the position was for web development but then they were hiring for Email marketing and I was not happy with the position. The final round was to meet the CEO of the company where again it was general questions.

Interview Questions
In HR round questions like Tell me about yourself and your family and a bit about your project was asked. In Technical round they had asked me to explain my project and few genral questions like what is PHP. and also they asked a question about which was my dream team and they asked if you had an offer from your dream team and epsilon which would you choose.

This is the best interview experience I never had before. The recruiter response very quick, I can tell I am dealing with a professional person. I really enjoyed the whole process, at least I met good people at Epsilon.

I applied through an employee referral. They are so quick and scheduled phone screening on the very next day. They said they are hiring only h1 people or citizens. It would be good if they mention this in Job Description. Anyway all the best to you guys!

Difficult Interview – Overall Neutral Experience – No – Sun, 20 Mar 2016

Interviewed Mar 2016(took 21 days)
The interviewer was very young and close to my age which made it a little less stressful. He explained the position at the beginning and asked if I had any questions about it. Then the interview became more of a conversation about my resume. Everything seemed to go well, but then after about 2 weeks I received an email that I was not invited for the second round of interviews.

Very Easy Interview – Overall Neutral Experience – Yes, and I accepted – Sun, 27 Mar 2016

I had applied for a senior software Developer. Interview process was very easy, anyone can crack it. basic technical question, not at all tough. 1st round was a basic technical round - where ask you about basic .NET stuff. 2nd was managerial round. - where they ask about past project related stuff.

Totally 3 rounds of hiring process. F2F screening interview.. where they will check ur real time experience.. second technical based on UNIX and SQL.. then After a week later Epsilon hr team connected to me and scheduled a interview. It was a bridge call and it went well and got a positive feedback and 2nd technical screening round happened after a month or so with the team in US.

3 rounds of interview went. I feel this is standard across industry. I was called for face to face interview with HR Director and Country Head. The interview went very well as more of management questions which i could easily answer. The next round was with US leadership which also went well. There were technical question on how NOC is implement, what steps you take to implement a command center. Overall the interviews went well.

I was first interviewed on campus and then was invited to their headquarters in Irving TX to be interviewed by different employees. The people you interview with will actually be the person you intern for. Overall, it was really relaxed and pleasant. They are genuine throughout the whole process and will make you feel comfortable. Be yourself and be ready to have a conversation. Make sure you take initiative to learn about the company and position.

Standard interview process, I talked to Epsilon at a career fair at my school. They called me for an interview about 3-4 days later. I was asked questions about oop programming concepts and some stuff on shortest paths algorithm. Overall, the interview went okay they were nice and I didn't feel pressured.

Very Easy Interview – Overall Positive Experience – No – Thu, 31 Mar 2016

Interviewed null -1(took 1 days)
I applied through job portal as well as the referral. The recruiting team is very quick. They replied within half an hour and scheduled a phone interview for initial screening for the very next day. They said they are hiring only h1 people or citizens for the full time positions. The only way a recent graduate can be hired is through an internship. I wish they could encourage graduates by offering full time opportunities. The hiring manager was very nice and kind in conveying the tough decision though. Best luck to you guys.

Easy Interview – Overall Negative Experience – No – Fri, 1 Apr 2016

Interviewed Mar 2016 in Bangalore(took 2 days)
First round was telephonic where the interviewer asked basic C#,.net and MVC questions . Quite easy to clear this round . Then I was called for the face to face round at Bangalore office. Questions here were easy as well related to basics of .net , MVC,jQuery,LINQ and I was asked to write small code snippets . This round also went well . The next round was taken by a person who asked me about data replication on which I had no idea, so I said the same to him . Then came the worst part of the interview where he asked me why am I looking for such a steep hike and I answered and he was seemingly not satisfied with my answer and asked me that "Don't you think it's unfair to ask for salary hike while changing the company" . I said no . Then he said something related to salary which I don't remember and then he I asked me why should I join Epsilon . As I was already annoyed because of the previous questions so I said "I don't know about the culture here. I got the call and so I came to attend the interview" and then he asked me to leave for the day.It's good that I didn't get the offer because if I had got also I wouldn't have joined after these stupid questions. I request the HR people of this company not to spoil a week end of the candidates by asking such questions . You should tell them what you can offer before scheduling the interview.

It was 3 rounds of interview followed by HR round. All questions was basic from Linux. First round was telephonic, second was face to face with director and then HR after a week.

On-campus interview as a get-to-know-you type of deal, and then called back for an on-site interview with 4 different hiring managers. All back-to-back, so 2 hours total. Mostly the same questions, but they try to get a feel of which team you will fit best in.

It was a telephonic round for SR . software engineer on Microsoft technologies like .net, MVC,EF..,linq, EF performance, versions , SQL server.the level of question for 1st round was difficult. EF performance consideration for different versions like 4 , 5 , 6 were asked. View creation, moving model to different assembly etc..
