They took the time to explain the organisation and the role in more depth. Asked straight forward questions. Very positive experience. Technical round: This is very clear. Interviewer ask questions on skills mentioned on Resume.
No questions if you say don't have exp/good knowledge. MVC exp is mandatory.
Manager round: Question on thought process and problem solving and roles and responsibilities.
Ask about current project and architecture. Gives inforation about Epsilon.

Pretty straight forward, a consultant gave me a call and set up an interview on a weekend. Interviewer was pretty casual and makes you comfortable. Although I had just 1 interview on site, I would not recommend attending this interview if you are actively searching for a job. They will end up making you frustrated and waste your time. I am a passive job seeker, so I went in with no expectations, also one of my friends suggested that it will be a time waster if you go for scheduled drives like these...so I was prepared in my mind.

The interview for epsilon was Simple and sweet. I was asked about by previous experience, and why I would be good at the position. The interviewer was sweet and professional. What struck me is they actually read my resume. The turn around was very fast, it only took 2 days between my application and me being called for an interview. I would rank this high in my interview experiences. Sometimes they ask silly questions that dont apply to the position but not them, it was very straight forward and to the point!

After clearing HR round they collected all my personal documents twice and had a final telephonic discussion with a Sr. Manager for 15 min. Its very annoying and irritating process and a complete waste of time.
