I applied through job portal as well as the referral. The recruiting team is very quick. They replied within half an hour and scheduled a phone interview for initial screening for the very next day. They said they are hiring only h1 people or citizens for the full time positions. The only way a recent graduate can be hired is through an internship. I wish they could encourage graduates by offering full time opportunities. The hiring manager was very nice and kind in conveying the tough decision though. Best luck to you guys.
